Real questions get a real person. Email support@lejr.app and we'll help.

A customer paid but it's not showing yet

If your customer paid a Lejr invoice by card and you don't see it confirmed yet, give it a minute or two and refresh. Card payments normally post within moments, but a confirmation can lag the charge slightly.

Paid by bank (ACH)? Bank payments settle over a few business days. The invoice shows the payment as processing and posts it on settlement; you don't need to do anything in between.

Still not showing after that window? Email support@lejr.app with the invoice number, the amount, and the date it was paid. We can trace a specific payment end to end and tell you exactly where it is.

A payment I received hasn't posted to my books

When a customer pays one of your invoices, Lejr records it automatically, and it checks three independent ways (the live notification, the customer's return to the app, and a nightly sweep), so a payment that reached us reaches your books even if one path hiccups.

If a customer says they paid but you don't see it, your first stop is your Stripe dashboard. Every payment on a Lejr invoice runs through Stripe, so it shows you right away whether the charge succeeded, is still pending, or failed. If Stripe shows it succeeded but it still isn't on your books after a day, send us the invoice number and the payment details at support@lejr.app and we'll reconcile it with you.

Something looks wrong, or the app won't load

If the whole app seems down, check Lejr's status page first — it shows any known outage and when it'll be back.

Try a refresh first, then email support@lejr.app with what you were doing and what you saw. A screenshot helps. If something looks off in your numbers, tell us before you try to fix it by hand. Lejr keeps an audit trail and corrects with new entries rather than edits, so it's almost always cleaner to let us walk through it with you.

Your data is safe while we sort it out

Lejr backs your books up off-site every few hours and keeps 30 days of history, and every posted entry is immutable. Nothing you or we do while troubleshooting can quietly lose a transaction. Corrections are always new, reversible entries.

The fastest way to reach a human is support@lejr.app. Include the specifics (invoice number, amount, date) and we'll get you an answer.
